Three new instant scratch-off tickets will be rolling into stores starting March 25.
The North Carolina Education Lottery (NCEL) is introducing a Harley-Davidson® game,
which offers a total of six chances to win a 2008 Harley-Davidson® Fat
Boy® Motorcycle. Two more games, “Speedway Riches” and “Tic Tac 7’s,”
also will be introduced.
Players will have a chance to scratch their way to win one of three 2008
Harley-Davidson® Fat Boy® Motorcycles or players may enter each nonwinning
Harley-Davidson® ticket into any of the three second chance
drawings. Players may enter as many non-winning tickets as they want.

site here. The $3 Harley-Davidson® ticket also offers four top
prizes of $75,000 and chances to win many other prizes of $1,000, $500 and $100!

<<<<< “Speedway Riches” is a $2 ticket with over $4.5 million in cash prizes in
the game. There are five top prizes of $20,000, five second tier prizes of
$3,000 and over 500 chances to win $200. The introduction of
“Speedway Riches” which has the Lowe’s Motor Speedway logo was
developed to highlight the NCEL’s partnership with Lowe’s, as well as
our title sponsorship of the NCEL 200 Craftsman Truck Series Race on
May 16th.

“Tic Tac 7’s” is a colorful $1 ticket with 35 top prizes of $777. It
also has lots of prizes of $77 and $100.
