		RALEIGH - Some lucky person holds the second Powerball jackpot winning ticket sold in North Carolina! That ticket is worth approximately $88 million! If the player elects to take a one time cash payment it would be approximately $42 million. One winning ticket matched all five numbers and the Powerball for last night’s drawing. The retailer selling the ticket is the Petro Express, 225 Cleveland Avenue, Kings Mountain. The winner has yet to come forward. They have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize at NCEL headquarters in Raleigh. The NCEL reached approximately $1.99 million in sales for last night’s Powerball drawing.
