In July, the NCEL officially announced the end of 12 instant scratch-off games effective July 31, 2009. The final claims date for the games listed in Chart A below, as noted in the July announcement, is Oct. 29, 2009. In accordance with NCEL policy, all instant game prizes must be claimed within ninety (90) days of the announced end-of-game date. Therefore, all prizes associated with the games listed in Chart A must be claimed on or before Oct. 29, 2009. Claims of $600 up to $99,999 must be made at one of the six regional claim centers before 5 p.m. that day while claims of $100,000 and above must be made at NCEL headquarters before 5 p.m. on that day as well. Claims that are mailed to the NCEL must be received within 90 days of the official end of game date. Postmarks will not satisfy the 90-day requirement. Chart A
