October was a lucky month for players across the state! Here's a look at some of our favorite wins from last month. Which win was your favorite?

#4: Raleigh man wins $100,000, plans to help Hurricane Dorian victims

This philanthropic lottery player plans to pay it forward after winning $100,000. Jerry Wood of Raleigh said he is going to use his lottery winnings to help those affected by Hurricane Dorian. “There’s a lot of people out on Ocracoke Island that still need help,” he said. “This puts us in a position to do more.”

#3: A $25,000 win means a dream vacation for Lee County woman

For Alice Gordon of Sanford, a $25,000 win from September's Fall Fortune Lucke-Rewards drawing means she can take her dream vacation. She cried when she got the email telling her that she won. “I was in shock,” she said. “I’m very happy.”

#2: A $110,000 Cash 5 jackpot means a dream car for Greenville retiree

A dream car is now within reach for Frank Wooten Jr. of Greenville. His Cash 5 ticket beat the odds to win a $110,000 jackpot from the Oct. 18 drawing. “I want to buy a brand new Infiniti,” he said. “It will be wonderful to buy it straight out and not have any car payments.”

#1: Wilmington grandmother wins $350,000 in lottery’s first BIG SPIN event

Julia Earp of Wilmington was the first player to spin the BIG SPIN prize wheel. She spun the wheel live on Oct. 22. “I figured no matter what I won, I’d be tickled with what I got,” Julia said. “I came out with more than I had when I came in, so this is amazing!” The grandmother of eight took home $350,000.

I hear that NC lottery tickets are stored in the warehouse after being shipped from another state so no one knows where the winning tickes goes to after it leaves Raleigh Raleigh is this correct? NC Lottery

Notice how the western part of the state is clear of winners? And I don't think it's because nobody is buying tickets.

Congrats to all the winners! Over all the new site is nice but I am not happy about NCEL putting a minimum money amount ($5) to use the online play! This will cause me to stop using it!!

New site difficult to navigate. Wastes too much time duplication clicks for your "promotions". Wish the old better site was back. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Like the new SC site much better. Common sense was used there.

This new format is not user friendly at all. The person that came up with it is a computer expert that thinks any body can do this.... well not everybody is a expert and this new format needs to be redone and make it EASY to get around on and not have to search and search and search to find things, I have been on several times and I still have not found the draws Im in, the email notification section ect ect make it easier for the people that are NOT experts please
