A free chance at Fast Play

Since our new Fast Play games started, players have won more than $7 million in prizes and hit jackpots eight times. Now we want to give you a free chance to try one of the new games.

Beginning today, if you buy a single draw ticket valued at $10 or more − 10 Cash 5 draws or 5 Powerball draws – you will get a bonus free Fast Play ticket. All draw games are covered by the Fast Play promotion, including Carolina Pick 3, Carolina Pick 4, Carolina Cash 5, Keno, Lucky for Life, Powerball and Mega Millions.

The promotion runs through the rest of the month.

The free ticket will be a $2 Jackpot 7s ticket. The $2 Jackpot 7s ticket offers a chance at winning instantly 20 percent of the Fast Play jackpot or a cash prize up to $100.

Your free ticket will have a special message on it. Look for the message: “YOU HAVE WON ONE FREE FAST PLAY $2 JACKPOT 7’S TKT!”

Our new Fast Play games started in September and are off to a fast start.

The six Fast Play games, ranging in price from $2 to $10, combine the thrill of instantly winning a jackpot with the excitement of getting an instant cash prize.

The rolling jackpot starts at $20,000 and grows with each ticket that is purchased until it is won. This morning, the Fast Play jackpot was more than $36 0,000 and climbing. The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 240,000.

Hi, I did receive an promotional E mail from NC lottery to get a free fast play 2$ Lucky 777 ticket valid until end of this month, it did mentioned this promotion of free 2$ ticket (QR CODE)can be redeemed at any retail NC lottery location I did visited 2 (gas station and core net store), they absolutely don’t have any knowledge about this , Any suggestions in regarding this pls !! My advice is NC lottery should notify about these promotions to the retailers (owners should convey to the employees as well), so it make it easier for public to use these kind of promotions in future with out difficulty. Hi Hari, Sorry to hear about your experience redeeming your Fast Play coupon. All retailers were trained on how to redeem coupons and should be able to easily scan the barcode to print out the ticket. You also have the option of visiting any vending machine and scanning the barcode yourself to redeem the coupon. Hope this helps!

I AM SO UPSET!! Last night I purchased $10 of pick 3 and $10 pick 4 expecting 2 free fast play tickets. I realized I HAD NOT received them and went to ask the clerk why. She was unable to answer and explained she didn't even KNOW even KNOW the promotion was going. She called over a manager who couldn't provide any answers either so suggested I contact NC LOTTERY customer service. I did and I was told that it must be a multi draw to receive promotion. Now this contradicts the verbage used in the rules that says " single draw". This is false advertisement!! I wasn't offered 2 free tickets, none of my personal info was obtained and I'm livid. The CS rep said shewould forward the complaint as I'm one of MANY that they've received since start of promotion. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Train the retailers, Make the rules CLEAR and for Goodness sake... Take care of those who are loyal customers when you've dropped the ball!!!

Ok it's time for a jackpot winner from Fayetteville on the fast play since there was a winner from wake county these two cities mostly run together when someone wins so since raleigh had there first winner it's time for Fayetteville to have there next winner these places all always win

Pretty cool on the pic3 DL H. I bet more then a couple players that checked the "both" box are freaking out about now. Ya never know. I got another $2 win one my freebie this morning when I bought my $10 C5, so basically that was a free $10 C5 (QP). Side bar, 2 of the lines had the exact 4 out of 5 numbers. What's the chance of that? I'll be freaking out if it hits !!!

Yes pick 3 was tricky..yes our fault...yes mad because we just donate to the lottery...realized only after we researched we did it wrong...cashier was very unhelpful donor a great representative of the lottery.

Hey DL, The Fast Play jackpot that was won today was from a ticket purchased at the Circle K on Dale Earnhardt Blvd. in Kannapolis.

@Mary. Getting a $10 ticket for LFL,PB,MM and C5 should be pretty EZ. pic3 & Pic4 can be very tricky. It is not just that play slip that needs to be worth $10 , but the individual ticket must be $10. Like if you play 411,223,828 or 911 combo that's a $3 ticket but 4 draws makes it a $12 ticket which would be eligible for the freebie. take advantage of the red ball promo and check the evening draw box. Your ticket will say "you have won a free fast play ticket. The freebie is automatically printed out. I don't remember if the machine it self said "free ticket ". Hope that helps.

Well I bought a $10 LFL & $12 pic3 (4 draw combo) and got 2 free tics today! Won $7 one 1 and $2 on the other. Tuesday I will add $1 to that $9 and get another. Prolly buy a $10 C5 . No drama , very EZ transactions.

We spent 16 dolars...10.50 on one play slip...the clerk said it's up to the computer to give us the free ticket...since computer did not we did not get a free ticket....thank you for a promtion that did not work.NC Lottery

Any purchase that meets these qualifications should receive a free Fast Play ticket.
