RALEIGH – Linda Rice of Wilmington is the latest player to win the top prize in the $250,000 Cash Money game. She purchased the lucky $5 ticket at the Scotchman on South College Road in Wilmington.

After state and federal taxes were withheld, Rice received a check for $173,001.
