This year the North Carolina Education Lottery will be hosting the ULTIMATE DASH® instant scratch-off ticket Second Chance Drawing winners at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Twelve (12) winners will have the opportunity to participate in a ninety second (:90) DASH through a NASCAR garage to place as much merchandise into a shopping cart as they can. In addition to the Dash event, one lucky DASH participant will be randomly selected to spin a prize wheel for a chance to win up to two million dollars ($2,000,000) in front of all the fans in attendance prior to the start of the NCEL 200. All winners will also receive the complete VIP experience during the NCEL 200, including giving the “Drivers Start Your Engines” command to start the race, access to the exclusive pit suites, pit passes and will join the NCEL in the Winner’s Circle to present the trophy to the winner of the race.
