Joleta Raley, a retiree from Hubert in Onslow County, is the latest person to win the top prize in the Jumbo Bucks game of $750,000.
Raley bought her lucky ticket at the Sloop Point Country Store on U.S. 17 North in Hampstead. After the required tax withholdings, she received $519,378.
