RALEIGH – For the second time in less than two weeks an Eastern North Carolina player has won the $200,000 top prize on a 20X The Cash ticket.

Earlina Robinson of Mount Olive purchased her lucky $5 ticket at the Arrington Mart on Bill Lane Boulevard in Dudley. She claimed her after-tax winnings of $138,502 at lottery headquarters Wednesday afternoon.

James Harrison of Robersonville was the first to win the top prize in the game. Four top prizes of $200,000 remain to be claimed.

Ticket sales made it possible for the lottery to raise more than half a billion for the state last year. For details on how $49 million in lottery funds have made a difference for specific education programs in Wayne County, click on the “Where the Money Goes” tab on the lottery’s website.
