RALEIGH – Katrina Angel of Lawndale is the latest player to win the $150,000 top prize in the Win it All game. She purchased the lucky $5 ticket at the Triple B One Stop on N.C. 274 in Cherryville.

After state and federal taxes were withheld, Angel received a check for $103,876. She beat odds of 1 in 1,020,000 to win the game’s top prize.

The Win it All game went on sale on March 3. As of Friday morning, two top prizes remain to be claimed in the game.

Ticket sales have made it possible for the lottery to raise more than $3.8 billion for the state. Net proceeds will be used this year to help pay salaries of teachers and teacher assistants, for pre-kindergarten programs for at-risk four-year-olds, for school construction and repair, and need-based college scholarships and financial aid.
