Ki and Crystal Raspberry from Greensboro are the latest players to win the $200,000 Gold 7’s prize.

The couple claimed the prize Wednesday at lottery headquarters in Raleigh. After federal and state tax withholdings, they received $138,501.

They bought the $5 ticket at the Circle K on Groometown Road in Greensboro.
Gold 7’s launched in October 2015 with four top prizes of $200,000. One top prize remains.

Ticket sales from games like Gold 7’s made it possible for the lottery to raise more than half a billion dollars for the state last year. For details on how almost $207.8 million in lottery funds has made a difference in Guilford County, click on the “For Education” section of the lottery’s website.
