Mickaelay Portillo from Charlotte is the latest player to win $1 million playing the $200 Million Blowout scratch-off game.

Portillo received her prize Friday. She had the choice of taking a $1 million annuity that has 20 payments of $50,000 a year or a lump sum of $600,000. She chose the lump sum and after required state and federal tax withholdings received $415,506.

Portillo bought the $20 ticket at the Petro Express on Wilkinson Boulevard in Charlotte.

$200 Million Blowout launched in October 2014 with four top prizes of $4 million and 16 prizes of $1 million. One $4 million prize and five $1 million prizes remain.

Ticket sales from games like $200 Million Blowout made it possible for the lottery to raise more than $600 million dollars for the state last year.
