Maria Quinteros of Charlotte is the latest player to win $200,000 playing the $200,000 Triple Play scratch-off game.

Quinteros claimed her prize Friday. After required state and federal tax withholdings, she took home $139,003.

She bought her ticket at the Circle K on Docia Cross Road in Charlotte.
$200,000 Triple Play launched in October with five top prizes of $200,000. One top prize remains.

Ticket sales from games like $200,000 Triple Play made it possible for the lottery to raise more than $634 million for the state last year. For details on how lottery funds have made a difference in Mecklenburg County, click on the “For Education” section of the lottery’s website.
