Eloise Caraway of Wallace is the latest person to win a $100,000 Mega Bucks top prize.
Caraway claimed her prize Monday at lottery headquarters in Raleigh. After required state and federal tax withholdings, she took home $69,502.
Caraway bought the $5 scratch-off at Phoenix Mart on South Norwood Street in Wallace.
