Em Thi Ngo of Raleigh is the lucky winner of the Feb. 15 Carolina Cash 5 jackpot of $570,442.
Ngo beat odds of one in 749,398 to win the jackpot with a ticket she purchased at the Que Huong Oriental Market on Capital Boulevard. She claimed the prize Monday at lottery headquarters in Raleigh. After required state and federal tax withholdings, she took home $402,172.
The jackpot for tonight’s Cash 5 drawing is $100,000.
