Due to adverse winter weather, the opening of the N.C. Education Lottery’s regional office and claims center in Asheville will be delayed on Wednesday, March 14, to 1 p.m.
The Raleigh headquarters and all other regional offices and claims centers in Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville and Wilmington are operating on a normal schedule.
