Because of weather conditions caused by Hurricane Dorian, the N.C. Education Lottery will close its Greenville regional office and claims center Thursday, Sept. 5, at 1 p.m..

The Wilmington regional office is also closed today. At this time, lottery headquarters in Raleigh and claim centers in Asheville, Charlotte, Raleigh, and Greensboro are operating on a normal schedule.

All lottery drawings will be held as scheduled.

During Hurricane Dorian, the lottery will provide updates on the status of its operations on its website, nclottery.com, on its social media channels, and through media releases.
