Due to adverse winter weather, the opening of the N.C. Education Lottery’s headquarters and its regional offices and claims centers will be delayed on Friday, Feb. 21.
The Raleigh headquarters and regional offices and claims centers in Raleigh and Wilmington will open at 10 a.m. Regional offices and claims centers in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, and Greenville will open at 11 a.m.
All lottery drawings will be held as scheduled.
