Due to conditions in Wilmington from Hurricane Isaias, the N.C. Education Lottery will delay the opening of its Wilmington regional office and claims center on Tuesday, Aug. 4, until noon.
All other lottery offices in the state, including the Raleigh headquarters and regional offices and claims centers in Asheville, Charlotte, Raleigh, Greenville, and Greensboro, are operating on a normal schedule on Tuesday.
All lottery drawings will be held as scheduled.
During adverse weather conditions, the lottery provides updates on the status of its operations on its website, nclottery.com, on its social media channels, and through media releases.
