Clifton Richardson of Nashville tried his luck on a 100X The Cash ticket and found himself the winner of a $100,000 prize.
He purchased his winning $20 ticket from the Bi Rite Market on Eastern Avenue in Nashville.
Richardson claimed his prize Tuesday at lottery headquarters in Raleigh and took home $70,756 after required federal and state tax withholdings.
