Ada Hernandez Martinez of Durham took a chance on a $5 scratch-off and won a $200,000 top prize.
Martinez purchased her lucky Mega Bucks ticket from the Sheetz on North Duke Street in Durham.
She collected her prize at lottery headquarters Tuesday and, after required tax withholdings, took home $131,000.
Mega Bucks debuted in August with nine $200,000 top prizes. Six $200,000 prizes remain to be claimed.
