Due to adverse winter weather conditions, the N.C. Education Lottery will close or delay the opening of some of its offices on Thursday, Feb. 20.
The Raleigh headquarters and regional offices and claim centers in Greenville and Greensboro will be closed. The regional office and claim center in Wilmington will open at noon.
Regional offices and claim centers in Asheville and Charlotte will operate on a normal schedule.
As the winter storm continues, players should call ahead to our regional offices and claims centers before visiting. Call (877) 625-6886 and:

• Press #3 for Charlotte Regional Office and Claim Center.
• Press #4 for Raleigh Regional Office and Claim Center.

• Press #6 for Wilmington Regional Office and Claim Center.
