Powerball players in North Carolina have lots of reasons to get excited tonight with a $643 million jackpot up for grabs.

A winner on Wednesday could claim the jackpot as a $643 million annuity or $290.6 million in cash. Tonight’s prize represents the largest Powerball jackpot since April 2024.

Powerball has gone 34 straight drawings without a jackpot win. The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are 1 in 292 million.
