Rosalina Maldonado of Charlotte tried her luck on a $20 scratch-off and won a $100,000 prize.
Maldonado bought her lucky 100X The Cash ticket came from Royal Stop on Eastway Drive in Charlotte.
She arrived at lottery headquarters Tuesday to claim her prize and, after required federal and state tax withholdings, took home $72,016.
