Vijaya Sundararaj of Cary took a chance on a $30 scratch-off and won a $100,000 prize.
Sundararaj bought his lucky 200X The Cash ticket from the Wegmans on Davis Drive in Morrisville.
He arrived at lottery headquarters Monday to collect his prize and, after required state and federal tax withholdings, took home $72,018.
The 200X The Cash game debuted in November with three $5 million top prizes and six $100,000 prizes. Three $5 million prizes and four $100,000 prizes remain to be claimed.
