A Powerball ticket worth $1 million is one of four tickets to win big prizes in weekend drawings as all three jackpot rolled to larger amounts.
The seven-figure prize belongs to whoever matched all five white balls in Saturday's Powerball drawing. The ticket was sold at the Kangaroo Express on Copperfield Boulevard in Concord. Another ticket matched four white balls and the Powerball to win $10,000. A lucky player bought that ticket at the Express Way on N.C. 42 West in Clayton in Johnston County.
The winning numbers for the drawing were: 18-22-45-56-57 and 27 for the Red Powerball. Because no ticket matched all six numbers for a Xth straight drawing, the jackpot stands at an estimated $240 million for Wednesday's drawing.
On Friday, two Mega Millions tickets matched four white balls and the Mega Ball to win $10,000 prizes. Those tickets were sold at the Sheetz at 4319 West Wendover Avenue in Greensboro, and at the Circle K at 9100 Monroe Road in Charlotte. The winning numbers for the drawing were: 4-9-34-40-48 and 25 for the gold Mega Ball, with a Megaplier of 3. Because there was no 'perfect ticket' for the drawing, the jackpot rolled to an estimated $30 million for Tuesday's drawing.
The weekend drawings concluded with a Carolina Cash 5 jackpot win worth $95,379 on Sunday night. That ticket was sold at the Cupboard Food Store on East Central Street in Seaboard, which is in Northampton County. The winning numbers for the drawing were: 5-17-26-38-39. Hey Davyrt--I scratched off several Carolina Blacks that had multiple win numbers on them and there was only $1 under each of them--also has anybody noticed the new 20X times game that was launched in middle of May--no million dollar winners, no 50,000 dollar winners and only 4 10,000 dollars winners so far-what does that tell you the big ones have not been printed yet lol
