All three jackpots played for in North Carolina rolled over the weekend, lining up big jackpots for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night.
Starting with North Carolina's jackpot game, Carolina Cash 5, the prize is up to $329,000 for Monday's drawing. It was last won on May 28 when two tickets matched all five numbers to split a $554,932 jackpot. Do you think the jackpot will be hit or roll on Monday night?
What we already know is that someone could win $14 million on Tuesday playing Mega Millions. That is the estimated value of the annuity prize, which would be paid to one or more winners over a period of years. If a single winner elected to take the lump sum, it would be worth $10.9 million in cash.
The undisputed heavyweight champion of jackpots right now is Powerball, weighing in at an estimated $177 million for Wednesday's drawing. While no 'perfect ticket' matched all six numbers to win the jackpot on Saturday, three North Carolina ticket matched four out of five white balls plus the Powerball to win $10,000 each. Those tickets were sold at the following locations:
- Shallotte Family Fare on Main Street in Shallotte (Brunswick County)
- Propst Superette on Springs Road in Conover (Catawba County)
- Murphy USA on Ramsey Street in Fayetteville (Cumberland County)
The winning numbers in Saturday's drawing are: 9-10-17-29-45 for the white balls and 33 for the red Powerball. Winners should sign their tickets immediately to establish ownership, but have 180 days from the date of the drawing to collect prizes.
If you play jackpot games here in North Carolina, we wish y'all the best of luck in this week's drawings! Let us know how you play and, if you have good luck, how much you win.

Thanks Lucke-Zone for the link...I've already put my #s in for Cash 5, Mega Millions, & the Powerball along w/QPs for MM and PB...
Well, I'll be the first one to post. I've been playing my same set of #s for at least a year or more waiting to see them fall. It would an honor to go into the lottery headquarters on 2100 Yonkers Street in Raleigh and walk out of there with a big jackpot check. Please send me,my family, and education system some money to Vance County in Henderson, not Hendersonville located in the mountain area....
