The Sundo Kwik Shop on East 5th Street in Lumberton sold the Carolina Cash 5 ticket that hit the $319,680 jackpot on Saturday night. A lucky player beat odds of 1 in 575,757 to match all five numbers drawn: 3-11-21-24-27. A total of 117 tickets matched four out of five numbers to win $185 apiece. In all, Cash 5 players won $388,587 in the drawing.
N.C. Education Lottery players with winning tickets for draw games have 180 days from the date of a drawing to collect prizes. Prizes of $100,000 or more must be claimed at lottery headquarters in Raleigh. We look forward to meeting this lucky jackpot winner!
