How is the drawing for second chance done do they pick a number or player ? And do you have to save the tickets you use to claim prize.

@ DELMA - As far as quads, the odds of a "quad" or any other Pick 4 numbers being the winning numbers are always the same... 1 in 10,000 for each specific number. As for listing where winning tickets were sold... it's just impractical to do that for Pick 3 and Pick 4 tickets, because there are often hundreds or thousands of tickets that win prizes. We post the winning numbers so players can find out if they won! ;-)

i stated last month that noone would hit this lottery since they added so many more numbers. its still holding true and its the reason i havent played since. its a rip off now. plain n simple. 291 million n climbing. schools still in need.

@ LATOYA - The thing about draw games is that the odds never change. If your favorite number were to come out tonight, it'd have the same odds of coming out tomorrow: 1 in 10,000. It takes a lot of luck to win - but that's why the top prize is $5,000! :-) Good luck to you

You are so right, it is harder to win the jackpot. It's a better chance to hit the mega ball and not all the numbers. That's crazy. The lottery is by luck and if someone does win it won't be here in NC. People spend millions in money they don't have trying to get rich off the lottery. I just can't see myself buying this ticket at all, anymore. I'll stick to scratch-offs and rarely at that!

@player saberry You're right. The last time Quads came up was April 20 when 2-2-2-2 came up and we paid out $7.4 million in prizes to Pick 4 players. The odds of any one set of quads coming up is the same as any other four sets of numbers. It would be 1 in 10,000. But the odds of Quads coming up, since there are 10 sets of them, would be 1 in a 1000. We hit Quads two times in 2012 and four times in 2011. Good luck and Happy Thanksgiving to you, too.
