@ PLAYER (ELABOSHA) - We do not tell people exactly what the e-mail says because we don't want to give scammers a playbook to take advantage of people... basically just remember that the lottery never asks for your personal information, or asks you to send money, or anything like that. The e-mail will clearly be from the lottery and typically we ask the winner to get in touch with us. If after 48 hours of sending the e-mail we don't hear from someone, we call and/or send certified mail if necessary.. so don't worry! :-)

Winners are typically notified within 48 hours of the drawing by e-mail, and then by telephone and certified mail if necessary... we can only announce a winner's name after he or she responds to notification AND completes the claim process. If you click on the WINNERS page within the Lucke-Rewards section of the Lucke-Zone, you will see that many PS4 winners are listed.
