$10,000 winner from small coastal town is Vegas-bound

What would you do with $10,000? After winning that amount, Brian Tomlinson of Hampstead says he's going to Vegas. He won playing a Cash Spectacular ticket he bought at the Scotchman on Country Club Road in Hampstead. He collected his winnings at the lottery’s regional claim center in Wilmington, which is about a 30 minute drive south.

Just less than two years ago, a trio of $10,000-winning Powerball tickets were sold in Hampstead.

A few scratch off winners here and there. Where are good pick 4 numbers like the Quads so that there are many people winning $5000? Where are the trips? LOL
