The NCEL 200 Camping World Truck Series race on Friday kicked off what’s called the “10 Greatest Days of Racing” with a new 2013 Toyota Tundra setting the pace for the truck racers.
The Tundra went two laps around the Charlotte Motor Speedway carrying grand marshal George McCall of Fayetteville and Alice Garland, executive director of the lottery, ahead of the pack of racers.
The truck is one of the prizes in a June 3 Carolina Cash 5 Bonus Bucks drawing along with $50,000 in cash thanks to a partnership between the NCEL and Charlotte Motor Speedway. It is on display throughout the ten days of racing events at the NCEL’s booth at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
McCall won the chance to be grand marshal in a Lucke-Rewards drawing. He delivered the most famous words in racing, “Drivers, start your engine!” before jumping into the Tundra for the once-in-a-lifetime ride around the track. Another lottery player, Mike Beach from Morganton, won in the same drawing the chance to be the honorary starter so he waved the green flag to start the race.
The silver sky metallic truck comes with a 381 horsepower V8 engine under the hood. Passengers in the double cab interior will enjoy the comfort of front bucket seats and dual zone air conditioning. It’s also equipped with chrome bumpers and fog lamps.
So how do you get a chance to win the truck plus the $50,000 cash? Entry slips for the June 3 drawing come with a $5 Cash 5 purchase in one of the two following ways:
• Select five sets of numbers for one drawing on a single ticket purchase
• Choose one set of numbers for five drawings on a single ticket purchase
When you do this, an entry slip will be automatically generated (at no extra cost) along with your separate $5 Carolina Cash 5 ticket. Make sure to get your Cash 5 ticket and your entry slip at the time of purchase – and keep them both.
Bonus Bucks entry slips issued through Monday, May 27 will be good for the fourth drawing set for June 3.
As for the NCEL 200 race on Friday, a Toyota truck didn’t just set the pace at the beginning. One also set the pace at the end. Kyle Busch won the race, driving his No. 51 Toyota.

What if you have only saved the entry tickets?
Did not keep both, only the entry slip. Now what if my numbers are drawn?
I feel the lucke running all over me
