I bought tickets too. how do you enter them without all the numbers on the front?
How come I can't enter these new tickets in the second chance drawing? Tried. But there's bar code in front of the tickets. Help!
I noticed that when a new scratch 0ff debuts the fist couple of days there are winners, then they seem to get lost. Is there some truth that the first 2 or 3 days you notice winers then like I said the ticket goes dead. Then I heard that winning tickets are not even circulated until a later time. I noticed this trend in New York as well.
Good there is new games; But I live in Elizabeth City N.c & our small town never had a Big Scratch Off winner, & we have at least 30 Lottery Retailers; I buy tickets every day No Luck.... I log on each day to nclottery.com to check da instant winners no luck
