Auto parts store manager: $10,000 win means vacation time

You might say Lester Hawes felt pretty revved up after winning $10,000. Hawes, an auto parts store manager from Belmont in Gaston County, said it felt “unbelievable” to win. He also said he’s planning to use some his winnings to go on vacation.

Hawes bought his lucky ticket for the new $200 Million Blowout game, which started on Oct. 7, at the Bi-Lo on Wilkinson Boulevard in Belmont. All four of the game’s top prizes of $4 million and sixteen prizes of $1 million remain to be claimed.

CONGRATULATIONS LESTER!!! WELL I LIKE KNOW WHY NOBODY GET A WIN IN ROCKINGHAM, CASWELL,PERSON COUNTY. I HAVE JUST PUT IN 375 POINTS IN THREE DIFFERENT DRAWING AND I GET NOTHING FOR MY TIME. Nope. Once you've got your points and any possible game-specific entries associated with the ticket, you don't need the ticket anymore :-)

I won a weekly drawing for $500 in June. I did not get my email till 6 days after the drawing. It was worth the wait. Just made a phone call and they sent me a tax free check that I received within 4 days!

Lucke-Rewards drawings are set for a specific date, but not a specific time of day; that depends on when draw staff and an auditor are available to follow the security procedures. Winners are typically notified by e-mail within 48 hours. So if a drawing is held Wednesday, winners usually get an e-mail by 5pm Friday.
