For the first time since the All or Nothing game started in North Carolina, we have our first $250,000 winner. A lucky ticket for Friday's evening drawing matched ALL of the 12 winning numbers drawn to win the top prize.
We know that the winning numbers were: 1-3-6-9-11-12-14-17-18-20-23-24.
But still a mystery is who the lucky player is who bought the winning ticket. It was sold at the Hunter's Crossing store on Belgrade Swansboro Road in Hubert, which is located in Onslow County. Whoever bought it has 180 days to come to lottery headquarters in Raleigh to collect the prize money.
Since Sept. 7, the lottery has held All or Nothing drawings at 12:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. each day. The odds of matching zero or 12 numbers to win $250,000 are 1 in 1.35 million. The odds of winning a prize in the game are 1 in 5.5.
We are looking forward to meeting the player who won big. Good luck to everyone in the upcoming drawings.

Recently, NC lost the vote to get a tax increase so that students in NC school system could get Text Books... shocking!! Maybe the NCLottery should create a game to fund text books for every Student in the Public School System in the State of NC. It does not make since to me that there are schools that cannot provide text books to the Students, so they copy the Chapters for the Students to take home. Absolutely Ludicris.. because you theme for the Lottery is the NCeducation Lottery. Just saying! No I am not from NC so when I heard this I was shocked.
why wont NCL raise cash 5 , to 100,000 a day, It worked extremely well in ga lotto sales tripled!!!!
