All or Nothing ticket matches none to win $250,000

What makes All or Nothing a unique draw game is that every $2 ticket gives a player two ways to win the top prize of $250,000 - by matching all or none of the winning numbers in a drawing.

Friday night, we had our second $250,000 winner. And it marked the first time that a ticket has won the top prize by matching none of the winning numbers!

The lucky ticket was sold at the Kangaroo Express on Jefferson Davis Highway in Sanford in Lee County. The winner has 180 days to come to lottery headquarters in Raleigh to collect the prize money.

The first player to win $250,000 playing All or Nothing is Allen Boone Jr., a farm worker from Hubert in Onslow County. He matched all 12 numbers in the Nov. 14 drawing.

A special All or Nothing promotion has been underway since Dec. 8. When you make a single All or Nothing purchase of $4, you'll automatically get a free $2 Quick Pick ticket. The promotion lasts through Jan. 31, 2015.

I have a question for you LZ. Every night at 11:00 and 11:22 pm the drawing is done and the numbers are shown at that time. Now I know that the All/Nothing is not televised when the numbers are being picked. But why can't the numbers be posted at 12:01 and 7:01 pm instead of posting them like you do at 1:00 and 8:00 pm one hour after the numbers are picked. What is it? You need time to check out all the numbers that are played so you can post up numbers to were nobody can match the numbers for the big jack-pot. Please explain, why does it take a hour or longer to post the numbers when they are drawn? Also why can't you post them in the winning numbers box in the lucky-zone.com second chance drawing on the internet right after the drawing? NC Lottery
Security is of the utmost importance when it comes to lottery games. The time in between the drawing and the numbers being posted is used by the NCEL and the external auditor to ensure that the drawing was conducted successfully.

if this money is going to education why is north Carolina schools talking about having to cut because they do not have enough funds?NC Lottery
The lottery has provided more dollars to education programs in North Carolina every year since 2006. The half billion we provided last year is a big number, but is just a fraction of what the state spends on education, which is more than $11 billion. Lottery funds make a difference but will never cover every need. Also, the state lottery does not make bigger decisions about education funding, elected officials in the general assembly do.

The odds of a quad coming up are the same for every drawing, so there are still many more opportunities this year for one of the 10 quads could beat the odds of one in 10,000 to come up in a random drawing!

Oh! Forgot to tell everybody on Lucky-Zone and all the people that work for the N.C. Lottery. Congrats to the winner on friday night. I may not have won the big one yet, but; I have been winning alot! I told you how I won $124.00 in one day and I always win somewhere between $2.00 to $20.00. Yesterday I won $50.00 on the evening draw on a free ticket from my purchase of two $2.00 tickets. "GOD" I love this game. Also when you take the monopoly off line to work on it, make it fast because I want to get back to playing it! I feel I am going to win big on it.

why does this game cost 2.00 instead of a 1.00 people really think about this game the odds are not in your favor its set up for you to get 5,6,7,8 number correct whenever you play no matter what combination of numbers you choose what has it been 1 winner since the game has been in existance then the prizes 2.0 4.0 10.0 500. and the jack pot match 12 out of 24 numbers you will never miss all of them all other games only require 6 number to win they come up with a game where it takes 12 numbers to win i bet they will net drop the numbers down to 8 numbers to win the jack pot and keep it at all or nothing because then people would have a greater chance at missing all 8 numbers as well picking the correct 8 to win the jack pot NC Lottery
The cost is $2 in order to keep the jackpot at $250,000. As to your other points, the people who create our games do read the blog comments, so we appreciate the feedback.

The winners are chosen via a random number generator and We use the contact information (email/address/phone) provided by you in your Lucke-Zone profile. If the information is not up-to-date and you win a prize, we may not be able to contact you. An alternate winner may be chosen after 30 days pass since our first attempt to make contact via email.

BP Service station on Reynolda Rd, Winston-Salem will not give a free quick pick for a $4 purchase of the All or Nothing promotion. He is not honoring this promotion and is a very, very obnoxious and rude person. If you want to get lottery tickets, go elsewhere.
