Wilmington Claims Center closed due to Hurricane Arthur

We closed our Wilmington Claims Center as of 2 p.m. today due to due to inclement weather conditions from Hurricane Arthur.

The Claims Center, located in Suite 108 at Market Station at 5214 Market Street, is scheduled to reopen at 9 a.m. on Monday following Friday’s Fourth of July state holiday.

All lottery offices are scheduled to be closed on Friday due to the holiday. Drawings will be held as scheduled.

For our Wilmington players, we want you to be lucky and safe. Your prizes will be waiting for you after the storm passes.

When you check the winners list it tells their name,location and amount won.I think the numbers on the ticket should also be posted.

I have noticed in the Cash 5 tickets in the area I LIVE IN,WHERE WE NEVER Have winners that when you purchase a ticket the numbers will be low(01,02,03 etc.)when they have the drawing that night it will be high numbers(16,28.39 etc)and vise verse.Why is that?I am going to be looking at the powerball and mega million # for the next couple weeks and I bet they will be the same.
