After scratching off $10,000 instantly, Harvey Vaughn Jr. of Trinity said he was going to put his prize money in the bank.
Vaughn, a retired Vietnam Veteran, claimed his winnings at the lottery's Greensboro claim center on Thursday. There, he said he felt happy and blessed to win.
Vaughn bought two tickets for the $120 Million Cash ticket at the TMM2 store on N.C. 311 in Archdale. One of them turned out to be worth $10,000. Click here for more winners in the game.
