I am so tired of you tell everyone to play for fun,there is nothing fun about it. The NCEL is one big scam and people are getting tired of it. They have stopped playing are now playing in another state.I know a lot of people here in Elizabeth City that will not play here anymore. Its only 15 miles to the Va line and the odds are much better and they win a lot more.Your stratch offs are a big joke. 32 ickets this morning atg the coffee shop and two winners one was money back and one was for $3.00 on a $2.00 ticket. What a joke. Save your money people you will need it one day.If you have to play go to another state were you have a better chance.NC Lottery

Lost another player maybe a lot more I gave out about 80 tickets maybe more everybody said they didn't win but a couple $2 and $4 not very good so I quit always my money another way you robbers if you're going to lie about the odds be honest and tell the truth nothing wins we just want your money. We love it when trips and quads are drawn, because it makes lots of players happy. But to be fair to all players no matter what numbers they like to play, there has to be an equal chance of any combination coming up in every drawing. Good luck to you!

The person of MoreMoneyThisYear is right! Why have 1 prize for 1 person? This is Christmas time & we have a new year coming soon! Spread the winning out to more people, this way would give all of us more odds of 2nd chances on here! If giving 250 people $100. each for the total prize of $25,000. I would have thought the lottery would have put some good money out on the Ultimate Millions during Christmas. I just put in 16 losing cards out of a total of 19 purchased. Odds did not meet what they published. (do not send any comments about bag of marbles). I doubt the NC General Fund will get anymore of my hard earned money. I do not feel that STATE OF NC should be promoting addiction!!NC Lottery

I agree with some of the comments that was made about the lottery and the Lucke zone. Everybody is spending their money. So why not break those BIG DOLLAR ENTRIES so a lot of people can win. That will help with the economy.

A city as large as Charlotte NC., will naturally sell more tickets and the chance of winning will be greater. A smaller town, where less tickets are sold the odds of winning are not as great. I am certain that the NCEL can not afford to have a city with such a large population not have a lot of winners, (they would stop playing) the NCEL and its people are smart and we should be as well.

Merry Christmas to all of you at the main office. This year was a great one for my wife and I. Back on March 19th I scratched off a 50x the cash and got the grand prize of 1 MIL. I love the lottery, however, I do wish they offer MORE than 4 top prizes for ULTIMATE MILLIONS ($30).This game has been out for a while and only 1 person has won the top prize. There are sooooo many cities and towns in North Carolina and ONLY 4 top prizes of 10 millions is offered!LOVE IT ANYWAY! NC Lottery

Lucky 7, Yes life is all about chances and we do take the all the time but when are beat at ever chance you take you stop taking them after awhile an move on to something else were the odds are better for you. The NCEL is a BIG SCAM and it is robbing people of their hard earned money and I know a heck of a lot that do not take chances any longer with the game and they are very smart.Save your money people you will need it one day. In response to Lucky67, players have a snowball's "chance" in hell of winning anything significant in this lottery! A year ago, I didnt think it could get any worse. I was wrong! This year your "chances" are so slim and the payout so small, it's not worth the effort and it's definitely not fun to play anymore! Im sure I'm not the only player who thinks so from what I'm hearing from other people. When you buy 25 scratchoffs and only one ticket has a small payout, something is definitely wrong!

CCW: I read your comment and totally agree. why post "odds" of winning if the tickets are not produced with the odds in place. I know my total spending and I can tell you in the 2016 I will not be playing pick 3 nor pick 4. $2.00 in the cash five, $2.00 mega and $3.00 power. When sales decrease then and only then will they change.

My concern is the way the All Or Nothing numbers are drawn. Are numbers selected by computer or by balls in a basket like pick3 etc... ? If they are picked by a computer then it makes perfect sense why no one never wins top prize or very seldom second prize. If drawn by individual balls coming out of the chute, film it for the players to see. NC Lottery

Please revise the lotteries at least the scratch offs so players will have better odds of winning something for the new year! Everyone tired of buying tens of the same ticket off a roll and lucky to even get a single break even prize. If the odds are 1 in 5, then the rolls should be that way. It will still take luck to hit big but you will feel like you its worth it. I can guarantee you that SALES will go up! I've commented this issue before. To me it's a shame, to let '1' person win 1 prize for $25,000. This needs to be fun winning 2nd chance games. Be more fun for Christmas & the New Year to win something like?
