New scratch-off game revs up the excitement

Excitement is revving up next week thanks to a new scratch-off game called Trucks & Bucks. Besides the chance to win cash prizes, three lucky winners will drive away in their choice of a brand new Chevy, Ford or Dodge truck.

The $5 game begins with four $150,000 top prizes. The game is the latest to include the “Back Scratch” feature which gives you an extra play area on the back of the ticket.

Additionally, you can enter your Trucks & Bucks instant scratch-off tickets into a second-chance drawing on the Lucke-Zone for a chance to win a brand new truck. Three winners will have a choice between a Chevrolet® Silverado™ 1500 LT Z71, Ford F-150 Lariat SuperCrew or Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Quad Cab.

The first drawing will occur on May 7 with an entry deadline of April 30. Each truck has an approximate value of $52,000.

Three more new instant scratch-off games will also show up in stores starting next week.

Another $5 game, Emerald 7’s, begins with four top prizes of $150,000 and more than $14 million in total prizes. Players who reveal a green “7” symbol win double the prize shown.

Dolly Parton once said "It's hard to be a diamond in a rhinestone world." Well, she never tried our new $2 game Diamonds 2X. The game begins with five top prizes of $20,000 and features more than 60,000 prizes between $20 and $100.

Rounding out the games is the $1 game, Gimme 5!, which begins with 10 top prizes of $5,000. Revealing a “ALL” symbol wins all five prizes instantly.

Purchased several scratch offs from a gas station on Main St, I believe it was, in Farmville. When I try to scan or type in the numbers for LuckEZone rewards, I get a message that the numbers ARE NOT RECOGNIZED! What's up with that? NC Lottery

The nc lottery site is very user unfriendly. Where is a search box? All I want to do is find out if the $2500.00 for life has all the grand prizes given out? They sure have been selling the tickets still at some places. Makes me feel the odds are better so I buy more but if they have all been given out then I am being cheated. Is there even a search box on this site. This site needs an up grade and with all the bucks that poor in it should be the easiest site to navigate in the world. NC Lottery
There is one top prize remaining in the $2,500 a Week for Life game. The number of prizes for every instant game are updated daily on our website. I have a question about the Extreme Millions second chance drawing. I purchased and entered more than 25 tickets with an entry deadline date of 4/30/2016. Now the deadline date has been changed to "TBD" and instead of me having over 25 entries I now only have three. What's going on here. NC Lottery

I have a question about the Trucks and Bucks Second chance drawing, The first 5 Trucks ands Bucks cards I entered it shows they were entered in the Holiday Millions Entry, I entered them on 4/8 though 5/4. Then the next 4 tickets I entered shows the Trucks and Bucks entry I entered those tickets on 5/16 & 5/18. So will all my tickets go toward the Trucks and Bucks second chance for a new truck or did something go wrong with my first 5 tickets I scanned in, just want to make sure all my tickets are counted toward the right drawing. The timing of when we can announce a winner’s name depends on how long he or she takes to respond to notification and how long the winner takes to complete the claim process. As with all lottery prizes, we can’t announce a winner’s name until the prize has been formally claimed. That can sometimes take days or weeks. We’re just as excited as you to find out who wins in the drawings :-)

That's great but why not come up with a NEW GAME. like Red said South Carolina has the same game. We followed GA with the All or Nothing game. Why not a game like pick 5(not cash 5) this game is played where you can pick 5# an they can repeat themselves like 12282 where you can win playing .50 or 1.00 day or night. It's in Ohio, Ga, and PA. North Carolina really need some exciting games. Really!!!Also the First Tues is a joke. Retailers sell the tickets on the fri before the so called first Tues. What's up with that!!!NC Lottery
Because it takes time for some retailers to rotate in new stock, we began shipping the tickets early to enhance the chances that players can find the tickets on First Tuesday. As with previous vehicular prizes, the lottery takes care of the initial taxes. As we mentioned above, it could bump you into a different tax bracket.
