Deadlines near to enter drawings for truck or cash prizes

Want to win a new truck? How about cash, say a $10,000 or $50,000 prize?

If so, the deadlines for several second-chance drawings in our Lucke-Rewards program are this Thursday, April 30th.

The first of three drawings in our new instant game, Trucks & Bucks, is coming up soon. The winner will get to pick from three big trucks ¬- a Chevrolet® Silverado™ 1500 LT Z71, a Ford F-150 Lariat Super Crew or a Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Quad Cab. Each truck has an approximate value of $52,000. The first drawing is scheduled for Thursday, May 7. But you have to enter your Trucks & Bucks ticket on our Lucke-Rewards site by end of day Thursday for a chance to win.

Thursday also is the deadline for entries into the third “X The Cash” second-chance promotion. The drawing, which will be held Wednesday, May 6, will award one top prize of $50,000 and ten prizes of $500. To be in the next drawing, simply enter any of the tickets in the series (5X The Cash, 10X The Cash, 20X The Cash, 50X The Cash and 100X The Cash). The X The Cash drawings are held monthly, with 11 in all.

Tickets entered after midnight Thursday will be good for the next drawing in June.
The number of entries you get for submitting a ticket depends on the game: 5X The Cash, one entry; 10X The Cash, two entries; 20X The Cash, five entries; 50X The Cash, 10 entries; and 100X The Cash, 20 entries. You can enter a drawing as many times as you want, but are eligible to win only once per drawing.

And we have one more chance to win some cash coming up. Thursday is the deadline to enter the second of three drawings in our Week For Life Second-Chance Promotion. Enter any of your Week For Life instant tickets before midnight Thursday and you’ll have a chance to win a $10,000 prize or one of five $1,000 prizes in the Wednesday, May 6 drawing. Your entry also makes you eligible for a grand prize drawing for a $200,000 prize in July.

Eligible entries include any NCEL scratch-off ticket from the following games: $500 A Week for Life, $1,000 A Week for Life, $2,500 A Week for Life or $5,000 A Week for Life.

So here it is the 19th of May and the 1st drawing for the truck was May 7th. Will an announcement ever be made about the winner? Also there have been 3 draw dates for the “X The Cash” Multiplier Series and I haven't seen any announced winner. Maybe I have missed them. Can we get an update? Oh and then there is the Week for Life Second Chance Drawing which I have not been able to find out who won on those 2 drawing.

I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE PICK 3. There are several ways u can play but why cant a person win if they play exact # on a 1 off ticket. example if you play pick 3 and you play the # 915 and you play 1 off and if the # 915 comes out exact you do not win. That is not right, hope you understand what I mean.NC Lottery
We have had many conversations with Pick 3 players about playing with the 1-OFF play type. Basically if you like the # 915 and want a chance to win on that number or 1-OFF, you would need to buy two tickets - one for the number, and one for the number 1-OFF.

Nope. You'll get the keys with no more payment as you pick up your truck. You will have a W-2 just like with any other lottery prize of this value for you 2015 state and federal taxes due next year.
