First Tuesday brings three new games this week

One of three new scratch-off games showing up in stores this week offers North Carolinians the chance to win a "king's ransom" of $200,000.

King’s Ransom, the new $5 game, begins with more than $16.5 million in prizes and four $200,000 top prizes. The game features more than 81,000 prizes from $50 to $500. Players who reveal a “moneybag” symbol win all 12 prizes shown.

The new $3 game, 5X Crossword, is a crossword-style game that begins with four $50,000 top prizes and more than $7 million in total prizes. Players have the chance to multiply their prize by up to five times.

The Double Match game is back by popular demand. The $2 game offers players two ways to win up to $30,000. Players can either match one of their numbers to a “winning number” or reveal and match three like prize amounts to win that prize. The game begins with six $30,000 top prizes and more than 63,000 prizes between $20 and $100.

Look for more new instant scratch-off games on the First Tuesday of every month!

An entry made into a second chance drawing made in Kinston has just as good a chance of winning as an entry made anywhere else - but keep in mind there are hundreds of thousands, sometimes millions of entries in Rewards/second-chance/promotional drawings. Is there a way to look and see how many winners are left on any of the scratch off tickets? I thought I had a friend do this in the past but I can't seem to find anything on the website. NC Lottery

how many scratch off is enough i think its way to many the store i go to counter is filled with stratch off tickets and why do the 5 dollar and higher tickets come out in reverse order instead of regular 1,2 ,3 ,4 and up order

kings ransom is hot here in lillington, nc....since the ticket came out i have already won $250.00 at the sunoco. i like these tickets, also the 200 million blowout $20 y been nice this week. won $600 so far this week, ya have to be in it to win it. NC Lottery

Is anyone else having problem with the lottery website? When I get on the site from my phone its fine,but when I get on it with my computer it look like the site is down. Its been like this for a month now???NC Lottery
Are you using the most recent version of your web browser? It might also be your security settings. Our website is up and running, so maybe check and see if there is anything else going on, on your end.

Sure could use a 2nd honeymoon! June 10th will be 32 years since we got hitched. That's the dead line for the 16th and last bonus cash 5 drawing. I've won the pick4 three times in 3 years and $500 in a 2nd chance drawing 14 months ago. I just retired June 1st. I'm ready to hit one of these big 2nd chance drawings today or next month!!!

Hey Turbo!That's the way it always did to me! Always one or two numbers away from winning the Jackpot! I have won 4 numbers right 3 times since I have been playing cash5. But the wins come in long stretches apart. 1 year to a year and a half! The last time was about this time in June last year! Wife lost her job and now we living on my monthly check, already move out of the country house, into our first apartment ever! It's nice, cheaper rent too! Trying to get use to neighbors. We would like to know how you are trying to enter - web or phone - and which ticket, and what time. 877 962-7529. Hope it works this time. But we will get it fixed so just hold onto tickets.

Not impressed with kings ransom tickets. Have already bought at least fifteen and all they seem to be paying is $5. Like I've been telling everybody I know, I never win anything big and lately I can't win anything period! So much for the NCEL, it sucks.

I see u guys make a killing off of us players; yet some of these all minority schools dont see any of this cash!! Why is it that we can never enter the new tickets in lucke zone until the next day but they sell them days before you can enter them..this is very aggravating. NC Lottery
We don't mean to aggravate anybody. Sorry we caused you some aggravation. We try to get the new games in all 6900 places where lottery tickets are sold by First Tuesday. This week, we did have a glitch with entering those new tickets into Lucke-Rewards. We hope it fixed. Again, sorry for the trouble.

Well it's good to see new tickets coming out! Like the name KING'S RANSOM! Won't be playing them anyways, since I have quit playing the lottery! I do have some points left to use up. Just using what I have left on big money amounts. Been digging into some trash cans for more tickets to put in for my points! Maybe I will come across some winning tickets in the trash! Oh yea! 2 of my numbers came up on the cash5 last night! 6 and ten, would have won a dollar if I had been playing lottery!
