FOX8 now airs lottery drawings in Triad

Many of our lottery players enjoy watching the drawings to see if their lucky numbers come up. Starting today, FOX8 (WGHP-TV) will air lottery drawings each night.

FOX8 will broadcast the drawings for the multi-state games, Powerball and Mega Millions, as well as those for North Carolina games, Carolina Cash 5, Carolina Pick 4 and Carolina Pick 3.

Here is the schedule of drawings that the station will follow:
•    Powerball drawings will air at 10:59 p.m. on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
•    Mega Million drawings will air at 11 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays.
•    Carolina Cash 5, Carolina Pick 4 and Carolina Pick 3 drawings will air nightly at approximately 11:22 p.m.

Additionally, winning numbers will be provided on the FOX8 Morning News and on the station’s website.

FOX8 joins our network of five draw stations that broadcast the drawings. Other stations are:
•    WRAL: Channel 5, Raleigh
•    WITN: Channel 7, Greenville, New Bern & Washington
•    WLOS: Channel 13, Asheville
•    WAXN: TV64, Charlotte

For those of you living outside of the broadcast areas listed above, you can view the drawings on the lottery’s website at http://www.nc-educationlottery.org/videos.aspx.

so you don't want me to post anymore? go to your HOMEPAGE download under retail and click on flyer there you will see june/july 2015. $25.000 winner@ truck stop in raleigh and the 1k winners @ the other locations. the only game that i know of with 25k is the one for this july!NC Lottery
You are welcome to continue posting. The dollar amounts that you are referring to are not prizes that were won in drawings. They are sales incentives awarded to retailers for their participation in selling Week for Life tickets during the promotion.

AM I SEEING THINGS OR READING SOMETHING WRONG? on your retailer page you already telling where the winning tickets are located for the 25k drawing in july. and WHY!!!! are MOST of the winners EAST of burlington or in the raleigh area. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO CALL FOR AN OUTSIDE INVESTIGATION AND QUITE.and please don't tell me about the lady from lexington that won the 1m. she is only one out of 500h or more that win in the raleigh area.NC Lottery
You've posted many comments and concerns over the years. We aren't sure what you're talking about when you refer to the retailer page or winners being displayed. We want you to know that the lottery is run fairly to ensure fairness to you and all players, and that our practices are independently audited.

Three weeks ago, I learned (the hard way) that on-line tickets could not be over 180 days old to be entered into the LUCKE-REWARDS second chance drawings. This was not true prior to that because I had accumulated over 1500 on-line tickets from last year (2014) that I had not entered and was slowly entering them into my account in order to enter various second chance drawings. This 180 day rule was made in June, 2015 without any notification to LUCKE-REWARDS players such as myself. This was TOTALLY NOT FAIR, in that, had I known there was going to be a change in the rules, I certainly would have changed my priorities and entered these tickets and NOT LOSE the approximately 3500 to 4000 points these tickets were worth. Is there any relief for this lost opportunity since the NCEL did not provide any advance notification, and as of today, July 1st, still has not??NC Lottery

I watch Fox8 at 11:22 P.M. last night in Gibsonville. I they did show the pick 3's Number. I'll check again tonight and see if they show it.
