Lottery's Greenville office on delayed schedule

The N.C. Education Lottery’s regional office and claims center in Greenville will be on a delayed scheduled Monday, Oct. 10, opening at 11 a.m., as the region continues its recovery from damage caused by Hurricane Matthew.

Other lottery offices are operating on a normal schedule, including the Raleigh headquarters and the Wilmington regional office and claims center. All lottery drawings will be held as scheduled.

For the fourth time ,why are break even tickets paid under a multiple win on a scratch off ticket .As a 5x win a $10 paying $10(5*2). Inasmuch it is these unfair payout that makes the NC Lottery appears to be more and more a scram .
