Well bah humbug on North Carolina Lottery I gave out tickets last year and that was a disaster I'm just going to give everybody five bucks this year I just no idea about the reef just too stupid for people like me who don't have Facebook or Twitter or don't want to be bothered with Facebook or Twitter you're not pretty when there's no anyway you're busy paying for your new machines I stopped by and I'm not wasting my money on Christmas tickets either I hope the rest of North Carolina get smart and stops playing too

All of the commercials state that new lottery ticket's come out on the first Tuesday of each month. However, I can not find the new scratch off tickets in stores until two to three days later. Also, some stores do not scan the scratch-off tickets when you purchase them. And when I win money on them and try to take them to other stores to claim my prize, I am told that I could have stolen the tickets and they could call the police on me.NC Lottery
We do our best to get tickets for new games to as many locations as possible in time for First Tuesday. Some stores have the tickets but need to sell out of other games before there is room in the dispensers. If you ever see or experience something that concerns you as it relates to the lottery at a particular store, please call our security team at 888-732-6235 to share that information.

I would just like to win at least one drawing, I mean my friends and people that I meet while buying tickets, and I mention the 2nd Chance and other drawings, are actually starting to laugh in my face.
