Johnston County store sells $444,739 Cash 5 jackpot ticket

Someone who played Carolina Cash 5 in Johnston County hit the jackpot. A lucky ticket for Friday's drawing was sold at the T-Mart on Buffalo Road in Smithfield and is worth $444,739.

The ticket beat odds of 1 in 575,757 to match all five numbers drawn, which were: 10-13-15-29-34.

Whoever bought the lucky ticket has 180 days to come to lottery headquarters in Raleigh to collect the prize money. We'll be waiting with the big check!

How can the price be less than the tickets are you I got double dollar signs for $1 what a waste of a symbol but at least I one $2 the new bingo never pays I think you enjoy ripping people off scratch offs are getting worse each month I don't think they can get any worse but you'll find a way

There were 15.9 million tickets printed for Ultimate Millions and 13 million tickets printed for $200 Million Blowout. To calculate this number for any game, just check out the How to Play & Odds info and multiply the odds of winning the top prize by the total number of top prizes that started in the game. Example: Odds of 1 in 1 million multiplied by eight $1 million prizes = 8 million tickets :)

From stretch offs, pick3, 4,5, mega million, powerball and even Second chance... It's all bull and a wast of my money I feel like the only people that win are those who already won... Congrats to the winner! I did win 2 bucks on it! Wish it would have been me! It's kind of ironic, that a fortune cookie i got two days ago had 4 number exactly right on it, just that the other numbers on it did not have 29 on it. Most of the times, i do play fortune cookies, just didn't do it this time. Why be such a sore loser player? It is not "rigged"....Maybe more winners come from the eastern part of the state because it is more populated thus more tickets sold...Everyday people CAN and DO win...I did...I am just an average guy and I scratched off a $10,000 winner one Sunday morning off a ticket I had bought several times before....Its all about LUCK...and NOT where you live...Maybe if you were a little more POSITIVE and a lot less NEGATIVE Lady Luck may find YOU one day... :) Happy thoughts and GOOD LUCK to ALL Players ALL over the STATE!! :)

These numbers are manipulated. Each time the pot gets high the numbers deviate from the average stdev range. Moreover, I spend 140 on tickets and won 5 dollars. Most of the quick pick tickets didn't even have a single number hit. Something is wrong. This is manipulated random numbers to avoid past trends.

Well congrats to winner. That's a super nice pot. I should have won some $ myself by betting it would be within 100 miles of Raleigh. I guess it's cycled around and big winners by the score in eastern part of the state for a number of years. I've seen this pattern before so no need for NCEL to reply to my message. Save your breath.
