Scratch Madness extra points awarded through Wednesday

The Lucke-Rewards Scratch Madness promotion will be extended through Wednesday so everyone has a chance to get their extra points.

The promotion had been scheduled to end on Saturday. It provided 10X the Lucke-Rewards points for Ultimate Millions tickets after the game won the Scratch Madness contest in March. Since an Ultimate Millions ticket is usually worth between 30 and 300 points the promotion meant that tickets were worth at least 300 points - and as many as 3,000 points.

We are extending the promotion because of technical difficulties with the Lucke-Rewards website that began Friday made it hard for some to get their extra points on Friday or Saturday. The problem was intermittent, but affected some more than others depending on your Internet provider. We thought that the extension would be fair to those affected.

Some folks could still be experiencing trouble accessing Lucke-Rewards or subscription web pages. If you are, please power down either your phone or your computer and then turn it back on before trying again to access those web pages.

Deadlines for entries into two Lucke-Rewards drawings also were extended until midnight tonight and the dates of the drawings were rescheduled. The drawings were the monthly 10^th Anniversary Celebration $10,000 Drawing, which has 10 prizes of $10,000 each, and the weekly 10^th Anniversary Celebration $10,000 Drawing, which has one prize of $10,000.

Both drawings are now scheduled for Wednesday, May 11^th.

As far as we know, there aren't any technical issues on our end. But we will pass along your comments and if we learn anything more we'll share it with you here. Have you tried accessing the site from a different device? Like a friend's phone or computer?

I want to know why if there are 6 way numbers on the pick 3 game like 623 why in the world it is allowed to go 8 months and not come out in any kind of order with it being 6 different ways to fall.. that's not fair at all... Everybody that plays says and I say in some aspect it is set up that way NC don't have to come up off money even on scratch tickets u can't hardly win no more not like before... When it first ce here even 3 yes ago u could win but now everybody talks crap about NC lotto...

There were technical issues over the weekend. Some people who entered Ultimate Millions tickets on Sunday received the regular amount of points because the decision to extend the 10X wasn't made until Monday. So yes if you enter an Ultimate Millions ticket before midnight tonight you'll get 10X on it.

And remember, I'm sure a lot of people, like myself have more than one entry in the drawing and considering you're only allowed to win a prize in the specific drawing once, that should minimize the amount of entries by quite a lot.

Sorry about that, we meant to respond to your question. That information isn't posted on our website. But, we do get a report once a week on how many entries are made. So if you ask us in a blog question, we can tell you how many there are so far.

Maybe I can help some of you about being able to enter new Carolina Black tickets or any tickets that come out on first Tuesday. When stores get the new tickets in on Mondays which is a day early they are told to go ahead and start selling them, which is a day early. We are sorry that it was a frustrating experience for you and other members. In the online age, technical problems can happen. The Ultimate Millions tickets were only originally set to be worth 10X the points through the end of the month. Please remember your points are an added bonus at no extra charge for extra chances to win prizes, as an extra way to reward players. The system is fair to everyone. We are sorry some people had more technical problems than others.

To those of you still having problems. We have done all we can on our end to resolve the issue with the vendor that hosts this site. Have you tried turning off and restarting your phone or computer/clearing out your internet history/cache? That could do the trick.
