There's no better place to start than Rocky Mount for this look at the week's biggest wins.
It's the hometown of truck driver and Army veteran David Harris. And it's where he bought an Ultimate Millions ticket that turned out to be worth $10 million.
Harris came forward Monday at an event at lottery headquarters in Raleigh where he held up the big check to celebrate his win and tell his story of good luck. He said he planned to buy his own truck and go to Hawaii.

A Wilmington woman scratched off $1 million. Cheryl Lee bought her winning 50X the Cash ticket at the Harris Teeter on South College Road in Wilmington.
Stephen Reaves of Statesville won the prize of a lifetime playing Lucky for Life. But carried the ticket around in his pocket for three days after the drawing before he realized he won the game's second prize of $25,000 a year for life.
A Greensboro man used family birthdays to win Sunday's $231,101 Cash 5 jackpot. Ali Imam used a combination of his wife and son's birthdays to win the prize.
A hospice worker from the town of Vale in Lincoln County won the top prize on a $200,000 Gold Rush ticket. Donna Shronce says she and her husband will tithe to their church, pay college expenses for a daughter and take a summer cruise.
Another $200,000 winner is Tiffany Hatch of Pink Hill in Duplin County. She is the first to win the top prize in the new Carolina Black game that began on First Tuesday of this month.
Two players collected $100,000 prizes. Wendy Brewer of Efland in Orange County won playing Millionaire 7's and Charles Martin of Gastonia won on a Millionaire Bucks scratch-off ticket.

- Magdaleno Quiterio of Gastonia: $50,000 (Jumbo Bucks)
- Michael Ghaboor of Winston-Salem: $30,000 (Golden Ticket)
- Morris Dunn of Raleigh: $20,000 (Carolina Black)
- Stephen Ray of Durham: $20,000 (Cash Inferno)
Four more won $10,000:

- Daniel Sykes of Raleigh: 10th Anniversary Millions

Two players landed the top prize of $7,000 on Lucky 7's tickets: David Styles of Rocky Mount and Javier Correa of Winston-Salem.
A dozen prizes of $5,000 were awarded. Three of the winners are from Fayetteville and two of them are from Hickory. The others come from: Durham, Ferguston, Goldsboro, Laurinburg, Mint Hill, Okatie, and Winston-Salem.
In all, that makes for 31 prizes of $5,000 to $10 million this week.
