Rain delays NCEL 200, couldn't slow down the fun

A rain delay didn't keep racing fans from enjoying this year's NCEL 200 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Dyah Nixon and her husband Wayne from Stanley were the grand marshal and honorary starter for the race. They were selected through an exclusive Lucke-Rewards drawing.

As part of their prize they got to tour the track and watch the races with a bird's eye view from the VIP suites. Watch the video to get a look at the action.

It would be so nice to win enough to take a vacation with my children and grand kids and not have to worry about,having enough money to truly enjoy yourself, or the bills greeting you when you get back home.

do we need to keep the "Thank you for your Lucke-Rewards Drawings entry" emails until the drawing is over? NC Lottery
No. A record of all your entries are kept in your account. Look at your Ticket Entry History. And if you win, we notify you first by email, then by phone, and finally by registered mail. Hope you get one of those emails soon.

I have a question, once we enter our tickets in the ticket entry for the Second Chance drawings, do we have to keep the ticket? I usually keep them but I tore up three of them, oops! NC Lottery
No problem. We have your entries. You have your account history. Once you enter the drawing, you don't need to keep your ticket. Good luck.

The entire Lottery program is a joke,all for the Lottery and little for the people. If you are lucky enough to get a winning ticket it pays as little as it can 5x 2bucks,10x 2bucks and so on.By a $30 ticket get nothing back are money back.Money back is not winning.Best thing I ever done was stop playing and the rest of you would be wish. With out the people there would be no Lottery. Make them pay and stop playing.

@How come they never offer to take my picture at the Charlotte regional office? I've been there at least 6 times in the past 3 years. They wouldn't even have to pay me. LOL............ Why are points distribution inconvenient? I had a one week subscription last week & woop! 25pts. Same subscription this week....5 pts. ??NC Lottery
Whether you play a draw game via subscription or buy a ticket in a store, your ticket will always be worth between 1 and 5 times the ticket price. So a $5 ticket will be worth anywhere from 5 points to 25 points. Just part of the fun of Lucke-Rewards :)

Hey, I have an idea for a new $2 lottery game. It's called "Throw It All Away". Take one dollar and buy a wastebasket at the Dollar Tree. Take another dollar and drop it into the trash. If you find that fun and entertaining, then repeat. The Grand Marhsal winner was Dyah Nixon. Her husband Wayne was her guest. The Honorary Starter winner was Mckinley Bryson of Durham. He came to the Speedway but wasn't feeling well so he decided to let his wife say the most famous words in racing on his behalf.
