First Tuesday brings hot new summer scratch-off games

Get ready for a Ruby Red Hot Summer. Ruby Red 7’s is just one of four scratch-off tickets coming to stores on First Tuesday. The $20 ticket gives players the chance to win three top prizes of $4 million and four prizes of $1 million. The game has over $80 million in total prizes. Odds of winning a top prize are 1 in 1.8 million. Overall odds of winning including break even prizes are 1 in 2.94. And be sure to watch our Facebook page and Twitter account during the month of June for the Ruby Red Hot Summer Giveaway.

Game show fans get ready to test your luck by playing our new Wheel of Fortune game. The $5 ticket offers three top prizes of $150,000. The game has over $11 million in total prizes. Odds of winning a top prize are 1 in 1.08 million. Overall odds of winning including break even prizes are 1 in 3.95. Plus you can enter the ticket into a second-chance drawing in Lucke-Zone for a chance to win one of four trips to Hollywood to play a non-broadcast game of Wheel of Fortune.

Get in the patriotic spirit with our new Liberty Bills ticket. The $2 ticket offers four top prizes of $30,000. The game offers over $5.7 million in total prizes. Odds of winning a top prize are 1 in 1.1million. Overall odds of winning including break even prizes are 1 in 4.66.

And things are really heating up with our new Fireball 7’s ticket. The $1 ticket offers eight top prizes of $5,000. The game offers over $4.4 million in total prizes. Odds of winning a top prize are 1 in 930,000. Overall odds of winning including break even prizes are 1 in 4.73.

They are all the same it's all for the Lottery. As a matter of fact the morning paper reads in Big Headlines Lottery Breaking Promise for the Counties. It goes on to say how they have not done what they said they would do back in 2005 and that was to pay the 40% they promised. It also reads that the people that keep the lottery going that means you the ones that pay are getting very little back. I have been telling you for sometime it's a scam, save your money people.NC Lottery
The 40% figure you're referring to is the amount the legislature originally designated for school construction. That amount has gone down, but only because the legislature has directed lottery funds to other programs instead. Thanks to players and retailers, we've raised more every year for education for 10 years.

A scanner is already on this site why week it not tell me I have scanned a winning ticket. This question is asked but never answered. A honest game should never let anyone throw a winner away. Numbers are easy to miss. Why not????????NC Lottery
Many players have asked us this question and we do our best to respond in a timely manner. The Lucke-Zone ticket entry system was not designed to be a "ticket checker." Our hope is you'll play the games for fun to find out if you win or not. At some point we hope to introduce a new app that allows you to check your tickets the way you're asking for.

I have bought a ton of tickets and got very little reward. I have put all of them in Lucke-zone and nothing. I am thinking I need to make a change. Any suggestions?

Ok, new scratch off's! GOOD! Maybe i need to start buying them and quit buying Cash 5, MM,PB.. Sure not winning on them draw games! One dollar here and there! I need a big win, need to get out of this boring routine i'm living in! Same O same O, everyday! Makes me sad just typing it down! I need a break,something has got to give! why do you not post all 2nd chance winners? who won the last warehouse dash ; who won the last big green egg? NC Lottery
They are there, just a little hard to find because the promotions are over. Go to Winners tab on Lucke-Rewards web page, scroll down to the bottom to Second-Chance Drawings, change the filter to "expired", and you will see the winners for Warehouse Dash and Big Green Egg. No. After the ticket information is successfully submitted as an entry, the original ticket is not required to claim a Lucke-Rewards prize.
